Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives and targets for Australia and New Zealand.
  • Cascade global and zone health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives to the country business unit.
  • Lead updates to the Executive Team and manage the Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Committee.
  • Coordinate and lead monthly meetings, audits, and initiative delivery according to the roadmap.
  • Manage and implement WISE-related learning and development initiatives, including eLearning campaigns.
  • Advising management on workplace relations policies, staff performance, and disciplinary issues.
  • Partner with HR to create impactful employee experiences across the employee lifecycle.
  • Lead key milestones of the annual performance and talent cycle plans.
  • Support the Reward Manager with recognition and benefits programs, policies, and compensation campaigns.
  • Drive operational efficiencies in HR systems and processes, focusing on employee satisfaction.
  • Interpret legislations, agreements, contracts, wage systems, and dispute procedures.
  • Creating enterprise agreements, productivity-based wage adjustments, workplace policies, and implementation procedures.
  • Managing workplace committees and employee participation and engagement initiatives
  • Coordinating job vacancy advertisements, conducting interviews and assessments, and selecting candidates.
  • Managing employee records and maintaining human resource information systems.
  • The salary range for this role is 80,000 AUD to 90,000 AUD per year
