Description

Are you looking for a busy, varied, and rewarding role that puts you at the centre of day-to-day HR activity?
Precept are an HR and Employment Law Company who operate within a successful and varied Group of Companies under the umbrella of Barron McCann.
We have just entered a really exciting period of change where we are mixing up how a top-class, professional HR service can be delivered to the Group of Companies. Not only this, but we are looking for some HR professionals who would also be up for servicing Precept’s clients from an HR perspective too. This means, you can have the best of both worlds – providing a service of internal HR to the Group companies, as well as servicing external clients with their HR needs. No two days will be the same, that’s pretty much a guarantee!
Due to this period of change, we are now looking for some new team members to join the HR team, where they will have the opportunity to put their stamp on things are really add value to a number of companies.
One of Precept’s USP’s is “Doing Law Differently” – we now want to branch out with this and do HR differently too! The importance of good HR within Companies has never been more in the spotlight than it currently is and we are looking forward to building an HR team who are passionate about adding value, making a difference, and highlighting just how critical HR is to the success of any company. If this sounds like it’s something you’d be interested in, please continue to read on and apply for a role with us today.
We look forward to hearing from you!
