Job Description
In taking on this role, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely HR advice and HR administrative support to Bosch People Leaders and Associates. As a hands-on HR generalist, you will contribute to our success in a broad range of activities, including talent management & development, organisation change, process automation and policy and procedure advising. This role is full-time, maximum term opportunity with a minimum of 4 days a week on-site at our Australian headquarters in Clayton, Melbourne.

Position responsibilities will include:

  • End-to-end HR support for Bosch Australia People Leaders and Associates
  • Delivering a range of efficient and effective HR administrative services
  • Advising and coaching to deliver best practice HR Services
  • Upskilling managers on learning, intervention, and development activities
  • Coordinate career development activities in accordance with the HR calendar (e.g. succession planning, individual career development discussions, and specific training programs)
  • Plenty of opportunities to participate in and lead continuous improvement initiatives
  • Some recruitment activities for key client group management roles
  • Global Mobility and expatriate support

Qualifications
We think this role is best suited to someone who has previous generalist HR experience in an advisory capacity looking to move into a multinational organisation, or someone with previous Coordinator experience who is ready to step-up to an Advisory role. You will have the ability to work across multiple business units and managers, manage diverse topics and priorities, establish effective relationships, and inspire change across varying levels of the organisation. The role will sit within our high-performing team of business partners, who work collaboratively to achieve the best outcomes for our business.

To be considered for this position you will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Strong communication, team orientation, and presentation skills
  • Problem solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Stakeholder engagement experience
  • HR tertiary qualification, or relevant HR experience
  • An understanding of employment law and current HR trends and issues
  • Experience delivering talent management results in a HR function
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to coach leaders to work through various employee lifecycle topics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, preferably with SAP and Success Factors experience
