Job Description Responding to staff and manager enquiries Driving HR digitalisation and ensuring payroll compliance Assisting in recruitment: CV screening and interview scheduling Maintaining personnel records and ensuring GDPR compliance Conducting new employee inductions and managing HR documentation Handling payroll data and time/attendance reporting Staying updated on employment law to advise management Coordinating employee surveys and implementing HR policies Supporting disciplinary processes and cross-functional projects Generating HR reports and assisting with audits Qualifications HR administration experience as well as experience using SAP is desirable but not essential. Advanced working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word is essential Interest in learning HR processes and employment law legislation Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Methodical and organised approach to work, strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
