With a further 30+ strategic locations in the north and south, the business continues to reshape the expectations of both physical and online auctions. Combined with a new operational platform and client interfaces, G3 continues to be the benchmark for all other independent auction businesses throughout the UK and Europe.
Join a winning team! G3 has recently been voted the ‘Remarketing Company or the Year 2024’ by Motor Trader Magazine and ‘Auction House of the Year 2024’ by Car Dealer Magazine, following on from similar awards in 2022 and 2023!
We are now looking for an experienced HR Advisor, with some training capabilities, to join our team and help support the team and business as we continue to grow.
OVERVIEW
The HR Advisor is a newly created dedicated role which will help the board to grow the team further, whilst maintaining employee engagement. The full-time office-based position can be located at either our Castleford or Bedford branch.
G3 islooking for a confident experienced individual, who will play a key role in managing all human resource activities across a broad spectrum of departments across two offices, which will result in some commuting between locations as required. Due to this being a newly created position within the company, it is very much a ‘hands-on’ role, requiring the successful candidate to handle all
aspects of HR within the organisation.
Reporting directly to the board, the ideal candidate will be capable of clearly demonstrating relevant experience within the HR sector, have a passion for ensuring employees are managed sensitively whilst appreciating the commercial pressures of a medium sized business. In addition, there will be a small element of staff training, working closely with relevant department heads. Training will
be mainly focused on new employees on boarding journey covering basic items such as entry control procedures, telephone and email communication training.
As the single point of contact for all HR related matters, the HR Advisor will be expected to be capable of providing immediate and compliant information, without the need for external legal support, when the need arises.
This role is ideally suited for a candidate with an interest in the automotive industry, however not essential, and someone looking to build a career in human resources within a fast-moving business.
As the business continues to expand via organic growth and future acquisitions, there is an opportunity to progress into further roles within the HR team or wider business. The candidate must be adaptable and able to handle infrequent fringe HR matters outside of normal working hours
