As an HR Advisor with Catalina Consultants, you'll enjoy the variety and pace that comes with supporting businesses across multiple industries. From advising on complex employee relations matters to leading key people projects, you'll gain exposure to a broad range of HR matters while being supported by an experienced team that values collaboration, continuous learning, and professional growth.

We are looking for someone who can:

  • Partner with interesting and diverse businesses to provide HR support across all facets of generalist HR
  • Build meaningful and long-lasting relationships with clients and their people
  • Work together with Principals and Senior Advisors on strategic HR assignments
  • Mentor junior advisors to develop their HR skills and experience
  • Take a lead role to drive the HR function within our clients' businesses, working with a team to ensure that together all key People projects are delivered
  • Make our great team even better!

What success looks like in this role:

To be successful in this position you will be able to demonstrate:

  • A recognised HR-related qualification
  • 4+ years' relevant HR experience
  • An ability to manage an interesting workload where no two days are the same
  • A proactive approach and genuine sense of ownership when delivering HR projects and initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with a natural ability to adapt your approach to a wide range of stakeholders
