OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

  • 3-5 Years of experience in an HR advisory or generalist role
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a passionate HR professional to support key stakeholders through the delivery of timely, reliable HR advice. The organisation is on a journey of transformational change, developing initiatives to engage and uplift their Kaiako to bring their best to work. Duties and responsibilities will include.

  • Providing high quality, pragmatic advice on people related matters
  • Supporting managers through coaching, change and performance management
  • Recruitment, onboarding and retention activities
  • Advising on career development pathways or individual training needs
  • Maintaining employee records and providing administrative support to HR related activities
  • Updating policies in line with legislation and effectively communicating changes across all levels of the organisation
  • Staff engagement and culture enhancement
