JOB OVERVIEW

CF Support Services are a looking for a friendly organised HR Advisor to work in our small team in Ipswich. We are a growing company so this is a new position and a chance to grow with us. You will have experience of HR and preferably a CIPD qualification and have excellent administration skills.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Proven experience in a human resources role.
  • A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in employee records.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with employees and managers.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills
    It would be desirable to have social media experience for recruitment and employee engagement.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Offering support to managers and liaising with them regularly regarding their recruitment needs
  • Supporting managers with employment matters such as disciplinaries, grievances and sickness absence.
  • Support performance management processes by assisting managers in setting objectives and conducting reviews.
  • Preparing payroll information
  • Planning and delivering recruitment campaigns, including advertising, shortlisting and initial interviewing. Reviewing and reporting on recruitment trends, positives, barriers to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Managing new starters, including conducting pre-employment checks in accordance with safer recruitment.
  • Ensuring induction documentation is up to date and liaising with managers to include each individual homes’ information.
  • Creating, updating and maintaining HR records, ensuring confidentiality and GDPR compliance.
  • Liaise with training manager to monitor NVQ progress and ensure training of all staff is up to date.
  • Reviewing HR policies and procedures, ensuring company compliance.
  • Fostering a positive workplace culture, promoting teamwork and employee engagement.
