About the Role

Clarity Partners is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join the Perth-based team and provide practical, commercially focused HR support across the employee lifecycle.

The HR Advisor will provide practical and commercially focused HR support across the employee lifecycle. This is a broad generalist position, offering the opportunity to work closely with leaders and employees across the business while contributing to key people initiatives, employee relations and organisational development.

What You’ll Do

• Provide practical HR advice and support across the employee lifecycle
• Manage employee relations, performance and workplace matters
• Advise on employment conditions, policies and relevant legislation
• Support recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and remuneration processes
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
• Contribute to HR projects, policies and people initiatives
• Partner with managers to address workforce needs and provide solutions
• Promote a positive, professional and high-performing workplace
• Collaborate with the broader HR team and key stakeholders

About You

• Previous experience in an HR Advisor or similar HR generalist role
• Experience within the mining, resources, engineering, construction or another complex operational environment
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR practices
• Confidence managing employee relations and performance matters
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• A commercially minded and solutions-focused approach
• Strong organisation and time-management skills
• The ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a collaborative team
• A professional, discreet and approachable manner
