JOB SUMMARY:

The “HR Advisor - Employee Relations” will be responsible for managing payroll, employee relations cases from start to finish, including disciplinary actions, grievances, performance, and absence management. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential ER issues and driving continuous improvement in HR policies and processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3 years’ previous experience in People administration and Payroll
  • Knowledge of Workday or similar HR database is advantageous
  • You have an ability to work in a team and to relate to any level of the company
  • Languages: You must be fluent in both English and Italian
