About the Role The HR Advisor is a subject matter expert who provides day-to-day HR support and guidance, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies. This is a people-facing role focused on correctly applying internal policies and labor law, executing personnel changes, managing absence cases, resolving HR-related queries, and participating in or leading HR-related projects. How You Will Contribute Serve as the first point of contact for team members and people managers on a wide range of HR-related topics, offering accurate guidance, coaching, and support in alignment with company policies and local legislation. Coordinate and support key HR processes such as onboarding, absence management, performance management, and annual salary and performance review cycles. Ensure smooth execution and continuous improvement of these processes. Collaborate closely with team members, people managers, and various internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced international environment to ensure seamless HR process execution and a consistent, high-quality employee experience. What You Will Bring Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field 0–2 years of experience in a generalist HR Operations or Advisor role Demonstrated experience and/or knowledge in applying internal policies, labor law, and managing employee absence Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with a proactive and agile approach Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English, both written and verbal #LI-SD2
