SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • You’ve got a solid foundation in HR (around 2–3 years), with experience across generalist advisory work….bonus points if that’s been in a fast-paced retail or fashion setting.
  • You’re naturally curious and confident navigating all kinds of people conversations, bringing empathy, clarity, and care to every interaction.
  • You’re organised, proactive, and love turning ideas into action to help our teams be at their best every day
Responsibilities
  • Be a trusted partner to our retail and support centre teams, offering thoughtful, people-first HR advice grounded in genuine care
  • Support leaders with day-to-day coaching and guidance, helping them grow thriving teams where optimism and opportunity is part of the culture.
  • Bring curiosity to every challenge including navigating employee relations or streamlining people processes - always seeking better ways to support our people.
  • Champion moments that matter, from onboarding to offboarding, making sure every experience feels human, inclusive, and aligned with who we are.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build a workplace where fashion meets purpose, and where every team member feels empowered to do their best work.
