Responsibilities

THE ROLE

Our HR Advisor role is to assist the Head of People Command and the HR Team deliver an effective HR service to the Force.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

· Supervisory responsibility for HR Co-ordinators including work allocation, quality assurance and performance management.
· To provide a full range of advice, coaching and guidance on HR policies and procedures, employment law and best practice to individuals and managers.
· To administer, implement, maintain, and review appropriate HR processes and procedures.
