We have an exciting opportunity for a confident HR Advisor to join a successful, growing business as part of a friendly HR team.
You will provide guidance to managers on various people-related issues and actively contribute to HR projects. You will play a pivotal role in managing Employee Relations cases and there is great scope to get involved in process improvement and to implement new initiatives.

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Starting salary: £32,000
  • Annual holiday allowance increase, up to 26 days + Bank Holidays
  • Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5pm, Friday 8.30am-2.30pm
  • Location of work: St Asaph Business Park

Responsibilities
  • Advising on all HR related matters
  • Partnering Line Managers, deliver clear and effective advice
  • Manage ER cases from start to finish, supporting Line Managers in conducting investigations and preparing letters etc
  • Assist with the development and delivery of Line Manager training on HR matters and procedures
  • Collaborate with the HR Business Partner to review and update policies in line with legislation and best practice
  • Manage TUPE processes, including leading consultations.
