Due to an internal promotion, we are currently seeking an experienced HR Advisor, to support all aspects of HR advisory providing excellent customer service to our stakeholders within HBF.
Supported by our Senior HR Advisors and reporting to the Manager HR Advisory, you will empower our teams to thrive by supporting our leaders while promoting a culture of growth and innovation.
ABOUT YOU
You are an experienced HR generalist who’s comfortable in a fast-paced environment. You are solution-focused, and have a knack for making decisions that support both business goals and operational success in line with organisational policies and procedures.
You are a confident communicator and negotiator, you know how to manage stakeholders effectively ensuring they are on the same page and you proactively keep track of key metrics and SLAs, always looking for ways to improve.
Leaning into your previous experience and qualification in HR, you are comfortable in making decisions in line with legislation and working autonomously to achieve positive outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with our leaders nationally providing guidance, training and support on HR processes, legislation and policies
- Partner with our HR Business Partners on resourcing and other HR related projects
- Support the implementation and management of HR policies, procedures, and our Enterprise Agreement
- Investigate and support employee relations matters, including performance management and grievances from commencement to conclusion
