HDI Global are looking for an HR Advisor to join our Sydney office, to assist in recruitment, onboarding, and HR support. You should be able to work seamlessly with individuals at all levels of the organization. You will play a key part in ensuring smooth onboarding and induction processes while providing ongoing HR guidance and advice. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining accurate employee files and ensuring our HR systems are always up to date.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field;
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Human Resources Advisory role, knowledge of the insurance market desirable;
  • Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously;
  • Demonstrated ability to time manage and prioritise;
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal);
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Work with Managers to identify recruitment needs within teams.
  • Create job descriptions and advertisements based on recruitment needs.
  • Manage recruitment process including conducting interviews and candidate testing, performing reference checks and issuing letters of offer and employment contracts.
  • Manage and monitor induction and onboarding processes.
  • Manage probation procedures including mid and end of probation reviews with employees and managers.
  • Assist with identifying development and training needs for new employees, including coordinating individual development plans derived from target setting agreements.
  • Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to by all employees.
  • Ensure HR forms and documents are up to date and accessible by all employees.
  • Maintain personnel records and associated human resource information systems
