What you’ll do Coaching and advising managers through a wide range of employee relations matters Managing ER cases end‑to‑end, using sound judgement and a people‑first approach Spotting themes and using insight to influence better people decisions Building trusted relationships across the business as a credible HR partner Contributing to the ongoing improvement of our ER approach, tools and ways of working Why join us You are joining Home Group at a point where our people agenda is evolving, and our HR team is growing. The practical bits You’ll work Monday to Friday You’ll work core hours between 09:00 and 17:30 with flexibility built in We typically work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in our Newcastle upon Tyne office, with the rest from home.
