    • HR audits
    • Attendance at client HR meetings
  • Interpreting Modern Awards and keeping clients informed of changes and updates
  • Developing strong, ongoing relationships with our clients
  • Managing and updating our client HR document library
  • Collaborating on a variety of internal and client projects
  • Attending client and partner conferences and exhibitions
  • Working closely with our experienced HR Advisory team to deliver best‑practice outcomes

About You

You’re a true HR all‑rounder who enjoys autonomy, problem‑solving and working with our clients.

You will bring:

  • Proven strong experience in an HR advisory or consulting role
  • Practical knowledge of employment relations across diverse industries
  • Experience designing and delivering training and workshops (onsite and online)
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to shared goals
  • Confidence, empathy and professionalism in every client interaction

Why Join us?

  • Genuine flexibility – a mix of client onsite work and working from home
  • Supportive, collaborative team culture
  • Exposure to a broad range of industries and HR challenges nationwide
  • Opportunities to attend conferences and professional events
  • Ongoing development to deepen and refine your HR expertise
  • Career development and growth opportunities
  • Exposure to clients across Australia and Asia-Pacific
