Description

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, including disciplinaries, grievances, appeals, and performance improvement plans.
  • Lead on works counsel negotiations.
  • Support local reward and compensation processes, collaborating with the Reward Centre of Excellence on benchmarking and job grading.
  • Support annual HR cycles such as performance reviews, talent and succession planning, and salary reviews.
  • Partner on organisational change initiatives, including consultation processes and people transitions.
  • Ensure compliance with Dutch labour law, continuously improving policies and promoting best practices.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Demonstrable experience in a frontline HR advisory role within a Dutch-based organisation.
  • Strong operational knowledge of Dutch employment legislation and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills in English (Dutch is a plus!).
  • Confident working in a global matrix environment with a collaborative mindset.
  • Data-savvy with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with HR systems.
