JOIN OUR MISSION

ITM is in the midst of a transformative phase, focusing on streamlined delivery and operational excellence. We’re seeking talented individuals who share our passion for clean energy and our drive to make a tangible impact on the world’s transition to net-zero.
You will be working with an inspiring bunch of people, encouraging each other to be the best we can. We’ve come a long way, join us in the next step of our incredible journey!

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and brings a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Ideally, you’ll come from a manufacturing, FMCG, or logistics background and be familiar with the pace and complexity of such settings.

You’ll bring:

  • 2+ years’ experience as a HR Advisor
  • Strong expertise in employee relations, including disciplinary, absence management, and flexible working cases
  • A collaborative approach and confidence in coaching and advising stakeholders
  • CIPD Level 5 (preferred)
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams) and experience with HR systems
Responsibilities

As we continue to grow and expand globally, we’re looking for a confident and experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Bessemer Park, Sheffield. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our HR Business Partners and the wider HR team to deliver comprehensive support across the full employee lifecycle. From recruitment and employee relations to development, payroll, talent management, engagement, and offboarding—you’ll be a key player in shaping our people experience.
You’ll take ownership of first-line management for absence and ER casework, offering expert guidance, coaching, and support to stakeholders. We’re a hands-on, close-knit team, so this role is perfect for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, engaging with colleagues on the shop floor, and driving meaningful change every day.
Please note: This is a site-based role, working five days a week at our Sheffield location.
