Position Summary: The process driven individual will be providing confidential advice, support and guidance to site managers and employees in accordance with company policies and procedures and legislative requirements. Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries from the site. Provide/collate HR data or information for the HR Manager and senior management team for reporting, analysis and action planning purposes.
