  • Demonstrated experience in HR advisory or HR administration roles
  • Sound understanding of Fair Work legislation, workplace relations, and compliance requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As our HR Advisor, you will be the key point of contact for all HR-related matters. This role focuses on employee lifecycle management, workplace compliance, and providing practical HR support to managers and staff. You’ll also contribute to developing a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with Fair Work and employment legislation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and staff inductions
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR information systems
  • Provide advice on workplace relations, performance management, and compliance matters
  • Support employee relations, including negotiations, grievances, and dispute resolution
  • Interpret and apply Fair Work legislation, awards, enterprise agreements, and employment contracts
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, workplace agreements, and productivity frameworks
  • Drive broader HR initiatives including employee engagement, training, OHS, and organisational change programs
