Are you passionate about building constructive working relationships and providing confident, solutions-focused HR support? We are seeking for two HR Advisors to join our team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality employee relations advice across the organisation.
As a member of our Employee Relations team you will contribute to the provision of a responsive, professional and high quality, customer-focused service to managers and employees across NHS Lanarkshire. You will provide HR support to a diverse range of non-complex employee relations issues including Conduct, Grievance, Capability, Bullying & Harassment and Attendance Management. Ideally, you will have experience of working in a fast paced, multi-unionised environment and managing a high volume HR caseload.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who takes pride in delivering a high standard of customer service. You will be highly organised, able to manage your time effectively, and confident in prioritising a varied workload. A commitment to ongoing professional development is essential.
