HR ADVISOR NORDICS

AXA XL Nordics currently consists of 72 colleagues across Stockholm, Bergen and Copenhagen. We are now looking to strengthen our local Nordic HR platform with an HR Advisor, you will report into our Nordic HR Manager. Our Nordic HR function will help evolve our company and assure exceptional employee experience as we go through continued growth. As part of AXA XLs global HR team and locally supporting our three Nordics countries our business requires an HR function that thinks and acts across boarders.

We are looking for someone with very strong administrative skills and attention to details. You are self-driven and take responsibility. Furthermore, in order to be successful in this role you should be an engaged organized problem solver with the ability to prioritize and meet goals and deadlines. You are professional in your way of interacting at all levels of the business, with a commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.

We’re looking for someone who has these qualifications and skills:

  • University degree in HR/Human Resources or equivalent education
  • Some experience in a similar position
  • Experience from Compensation and Benefits or payroll administration is considered an advantage
  • Very Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail and a meticulous eye for identifying inconsistencies or inaccuracies in data entry or data outputs.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English and at least one Nordic language, Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish (alternatively Finnish)
  • Work experience from in social relations and Union negotiations is considered and advantage
  • Experience and knowledge in Norwegian, Danish or Swedish labor law, work environment, and rehabilitation is an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience and interest in a global context

Responsibilities

What will your essential responsibilities include?

  • Provide first line HR support for our employees in the Nordics
  • HR administration in close cooperation with our regional HR operations team keep our HR systems and records up to date and compliant.
  • Close collaboration and monthly the remote Payroll team and supporting the payroll process. Collaborate closely with the remote Payroll team on a monthly basis and support the payroll process.
  • Supporting HR Manager by preparing data for all annual HR processes, including Performance & Development (P&D), Year-end Compensation, Talent Reviews, succession planning and promotions.
  • Support the full life-cycle of HR including onboarding, benefit administration, and departure.
  • Support the full HR life-cycle, including onboarding, benefit administration, and offboarding.
  • HR Compliance – track and follow up on HR related compliance requirements.
  • Develop and ensure that our local policies align with labor laws, the CBI directive, and GDPR
  • Manage benefit programs spanning across our Nordic Countries (Sweden, Norway and Denmark)
  • Continuously enhance our local HR processes
  • Train and assist employees with new HR tools and systems.
  • Prepare materials and data to support HR manager and leadership team in their strategic initiatives.
  • Manage the admin side of on- and offboarding, including equipment and documentation.
  • Support operational aspects of HR projects, such as process improvements
  • Extract data driven reports to inform and influence HR initiatives
