We are looking for you to have previous experience and knowledge as follows:Excellent communication skills, with the ability to have discussions at all levels.
Ability to form and maintain effective working relationships with all areas of the business.
Either currently working towards a CIPD Qualification, or a willingness to undertake this qualification.
An understanding of HR functions and systems.
Desirable to have previous experience working in a role within HR.
