HR Advisor – Multi-Site (Healthcare or Regulated Sectors) £35k + Car Allowance | Flexible Working Hybrid working The role will be covering the North West with 3 days per week in our Central Office, located In Eccles, Manchester. We’re seeking an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to support our growing organisation across multiple locations. This is a key role within our People Team – ideal for someone who thrives on variety, collaboration, and making a tangible difference across sites. Your Impact – What You’ll Be Doing 🔹 Lead HR Across Multiple Sites Oversee HR operations across several locations, ensuring alignment, consistency, and compliance. Provide expert support on complex employee relations matters, including TUPE, redundancies, and capability cases. Ensure CQC and GDPR compliance across all sites. 🔹 Drive Operational Excellence Collaborate with recruitment teams to deliver a positive candidate and employee experience across all locations. Develop and implement equitable and competitive reward structures across diverse regions. 🔹 Shape HR Strategy at Scale Deliver HR projects that embed our values and build a performance-driven culture across all sites. Coach and empower local managers to lead effectively. Influence senior leadership decisions by acting as a trusted HR advisor.
