Responsibilities

· Working closely with the Senior HR Advisor as well as Managers and Partners to provide full, professional support across the practice.
· Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
· Support payroll and employee benefits administration.
· Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
· Help implement and maintain HR policies in compliance with legislation and company policies and standards.
· Support performance management and employee review processes.
· Monitor and report on HR statistics
· Ensure confidentiality and integrity of sensitive HR data.
