THE ROLE

We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Advisor to join our collaborative People & Culture team. In this role, you’ll partner closely with leaders across our diverse retail network to provide trusted advice on all things people-related.
You’ll be the go-to for guidance on employee relations, performance management, workplace matters, and interpreting legislation, modern awards, and enterprise agreements. From drafting key documentation and supporting underperformance processes, to helping resolve complex disputes, your advice will make a real difference in creating positive outcomes for both team members and the business.
You’ll also contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing within the Advisory team, support our P&C Specialist on complex cases (including investigations), and play a key role in nurturing a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and motivated to deliver great results
