HR ADVISOR – PERMANENT – HYBRID – £40,000 PLUS BENEFITS

We are currently recruiting for a People/HR Advisor to join a leading organisation. Reporting to the Head of HR, you’ll provide support across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring legal compliance and best practice in all HR matters.
You’ll work closely with line managers within teams such as Finance, IT & Marketing, offering guidance on everything from ER to L&D, through to performance management. This is a hybrid role with travel to the office needed 2 days a week.

Responsibilities
  • Provide HR advice on absence, disciplinary, grievance, performance and case management, whilst ensuring compliance with legislation and policies
  • Support general HR administration including issuing letters and change documents
  • Advise on employment matters including redundancy, TUPE and organisational change
  • Contribute to policy updates, employment documents and HR projects
  • Coach managers in applying HR policies fairly and consistently
