The HR department is currently seeking two proactive and experienced HR Advisors to join our dynamic Head Office team in Stratford. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting people and driving positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities
  • Dealing with HR queries and identifying development needs
  • Providing advice, support and guidance to the HR Coordinators
  • Conducting Employment Relation cases, including Grievances, Investigations and complex Disciplinaries up to and including dismissal
  • Conducting welfare meetings and referring employees to Occupational Health
  • Providing Managers and Supervisors with support and guidance. Building and maintaining excellent relationships with the Management team
  • Liaising with employee union representatives regarding cases
  • TUPE- dealing with both IN and OUT, consulting with employees. Sending out letters and liaising with incumbent companies
  • Consulting with employees about site closures and changes in shift patterns
