Description

Take your ER and case management capability to the next level.

Are you an HR professional who enjoys employee relations, workplace investigations and partnering with leaders to solve complex people challenges?

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a growing HR Business Partnering team supporting leaders across a large multi-site organisation. This role offers significant exposure to employee relations matters across a diverse workforce and a range of industrial and legislative frameworks.

Working alongside experienced HR Business Partners, you will provide practical, hands-on support to leaders, helping them navigate people issues, build capability and drive positive workplace outcomes.

This is a role for someone who wants to deepen their employee relations expertise, work on meaningful matters and become a trusted advisor to leaders.

About the Role

  • Support a broad range of employee relations matters including performance, misconduct, attendance, workplace conflict and behavioural concerns.
  • Conduct and support workplace investigations and prepare clear, well-reasoned outcomes.
  • Coach and support frontline leaders to confidently manage people matters and workplace risk.
  • Provide practical advice aligned with employment legislation, awards, enterprise agreements and organisational policy.
  • Build trusted relationships with leaders across multiple operational environments.
  • Support initiatives that strengthen workplace culture, leadership capability and team effectiveness.

The Opportunity

This role has been created to uplift HR capability and capacity, increasing support to leaders and reducing case volumes across the broader team.

Over your first 12 months, you will:

  • Build deep experience in employee relations and workplace investigations.
  • Gain exposure to a broad range of workforce environments and industrial instruments.
  • Learn from experienced HR Business Partners and senior HR leaders.
  • Develop your capability across complex people matters and organisational challenges.
  • Join a supportive, growing team where your work will have visible impact.

About You

You are an experienced HR professional who enjoys the employee relations side of HR and is confident working directly with leaders to resolve workplace issues.

You will bring:

  • Experience managing employee relations matters and case management activities.
  • Exposure to workplace investigations and employee relations processes.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A practical, solutions-focused approach to HR.
  • Working knowledge of employment legislation and industrial frameworks.
  • The ability to build trust, influence outcomes and support leaders through challenging situations.

If you are looking for a role where you can further develop your employee relations capability while working with a supportive and experienced team, we would welcome your application.
