Description

·        Lead end to end Talent Acquisition across multiple business verticals including Sales Marketing Product Growth and Customer Success while streamlining recruitment processes to improve hiring efficiency and reduce time to hire

·        Managed the deployment and day-to-day administration of HRMS tools such as Zoho Payroll, Zoho People, and HubSpot.

·        Manage the complete employee lifecycle encompassing onboarding probation reviews performance management cycles Performance Improvement Plans and structured exit processes

·        Design and execute compensation benchmarking frameworks and annual increment cycles aligned with market benchmarks organizational priorities and internal pay equity

·        Develop implement and govern HR policies including Leave Travel and Code of Conduct while ensuring alignment with statutory labour requirements and organizational audit readiness

·        Ensure comprehensive statutory and regulatory compliance across Shops and Establishment PF ESI Gratuity and POSH requirements while coordinating internal and external HR audits

·        Oversee payroll governance attendance management and HRMS optimization to maintain data accuracy process efficiency and regulatory compliance

·        Partner with senior leadership on organizational design workforce planning and people strategy to align workforce capabilities with evolving business requirements

·        Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives through structured town halls employee feedback mechanisms engagement programs and targeted retention interventions


Responsibilities
  • Approachable and commercially minded HR professional with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the business
  • Strong judgement, discretion and confidence in providing practical HR advice within fast paced operational environments
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an HR Advisor or broader HR generalist role.
  • Sound understanding of employee relations, Enterprise Agreements, Awards and Australian employment legislation
  • Collaborative and relationship focused approach with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism and integrity
  • Comfortable balancing day to day HR advisory activities with broader people projects and initiatives
