Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns and recommend appropriate actions.
- Support store managers in the performance appraisal process, setting goals, and providing feedback.
- Identify training and development needs and recommend or facilitate training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Provide training and support to managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and support initiatives to promote employee well-being.
