Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Support store managers in the performance appraisal process, setting goals, and providing feedback.
  • Identify training and development needs and recommend or facilitate training sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide training and support to managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and support initiatives to promote employee well-being.
