You bring:

  • 2-5 years of experience within HR areas
  • Solid understanding of labour law and experience from comp&ben
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Able to work independently within set policies and goals.
  • Comfortable leading change in systems and behaviors.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Fluent in Finnish, Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Degree in HR or a related field.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • HR Strategy & Planning - Align HR plans with company goals.
  • HR Policy Execution - Ensure compliance with HR policies and handle issues.
  • HR Advisory - Provide expert advice on recruitment, training, and talent.
  • Recruitment & Employer branding- Support the shop managers.
  • Organizational Development - Support structural and process improvements.
  • Talent & Workforce Planning - Plan staffing needs and optimize team structure.
  • Data & Insights - Analyze data to drive people decisions.
  • Optimization & Change - Improve HR tools and processes for better efficiency.
  • Autonomous Delivery - Independently manage key tasks within set guidelines.
  • Project Management - Lead HR projects that improve operations and employee experience.
