Työn kuvaus Your Role Rituals in Finland is growing fast, and we are looking for an HR Advisor. You’ll collaborate with leaders to turn our HR strategy into actionable plans. From streamlining internal processes to leading company-wide initiatives, your efforts will help shape a people-first, winning culture. Key Responsibilities HR Strategy & Planning - Align HR plans with company goals. HR Policy Execution - Ensure compliance with HR policies and handle issues. HR Advisory - Provide expert advice on recruitment, training, and talent. Recruitment & Employer branding- Support the shop managers. Organizational Development - Support structural and process improvements. Talent & Workforce Planning - Plan staffing needs and optimize team structure. Data & Insights - Analyze data to drive people decisions. Optimization & Change - Improve HR tools and processes for better efficiency. Autonomous Delivery - Independently manage key tasks within set guidelines. Project Management - Lead HR projects that improve operations and employee experience. Pätevyydet We are looking for someone who coaches and challenges and are open to travel and enjoy strong local presence and hands-on collaboration with our retail teams. You enjoy being a sounding board, helping to develop ideas and give constructive feedback. With a flexible approach, you lead change and solve complex problems. You bring: 2-5 years of experience within HR areas Solid understanding of labour law and experience from comp&ben Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Able to work independently within set policies and goals. Comfortable leading change in systems and behaviors. Experience from retail. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Fluent in Finnish, Swedish and English, both written and spoken. Degree in HR or a related field. Why Join Us?
