Job Overview:
Safer Roadworks is an industry leading nationwide traffic management provider with a team of over 300 workers including employees and sub-contractors, and operating a fleet of 130+ specialist traffic management vehicles.
We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR Advisor to oversee our employments and payroll, to work from our HQ in Selby, North Yorkshire. The successful candidate will join our Management Team and be responsible for managing employment compliance and payroll, ensuring the company stays up to date with regulations.

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities
  • Dealing with employment related queries.
  • Managing the weekly and monthly payroll process.
  • Managing payments to sub-contractors under CIS.
  • Assisting the business in adapting HR software.
  • Assisting management with employment advice.
  • Help develop and improve systems and processes.
  • Assisting our accounts department when required.
  • General office administration and office management duties.
