We are looking for an energetic and proactive HR Adviser to join our Sea Logistics HR team in Rotterdam.
In this role, you will support various HR processes and initiatives, providing essential assistance to our HR Business Partners across Sea Logistics locations in the Netherlands. You will also serve as a key link to our HR Operations team.
You understand that every manager has different needs and know how to deliver guided support while multitasking and working independently, tackling your priorities within given deadlines. You advise line management on operational HR matters and act as the go-to person for HR policies and procedures.
