As we continue to experience unparallelled growth, we're looking for a people centric, passionate HR Advisor to join our Human Resources team and help support our people across our studio network.

About the Role

Based at SkinKandy HQ in Maroochydore, this newly created HR Advisor role will provide hands-on HR support across our Network Support and Studio teams in Australia and New Zealand.

You'll be a trusted first point of contact for a broad range of employee and workplace matters, partnering closely with our wider HR and leadership team to provide practical, timely and compliant advice across our fast-paced retail network.

This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with our leaders and teams, support the employee lifecycle, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our people practices and processes as SkinKandy continues to grow.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing day-to-day HR advice and support to Network Leaders, Studio Leaders, and Piercing Specialists across ANZ
• Support in managing and coordinating employee relations matters and processed including performance, conduct, and workplace investigations
• Supporting award and agreement interpretation (including GRIA) to ensure compliance across pay, role classifications, and entitlements
• Partnering with the Talent Acquisition team on support and assisting where needed
• Contributing to HR projects including policy development, culture initiatives, and process improvement
• Maintaining accurate HR records and supporting reporting requirements
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders across a fast paced, high volume and fast growing environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in an HR Advisor, HR Coordinator, or similar generalist HR role, ideally in retail or multi-site environments
• Working knowledge of Australian employment law and awards/industrial instruments (NZ experience highly regarded)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• High attention to detail and sound judgement handling sensitive and confidential matters
• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (desirable)
