YOUR ROLE IN OUR TEAM

As one of two HR Advisors, you’ll report to the HR Business Partner and work closely with an HR intern. Together, you’ll manage all HR aspects of our business. You’ll also be supported by specialists in our team.
Your focus? Supporting the growth of our NLC by handling day-to-day HR responsibilities and being a trusted partner to our employees and Front Line managers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO AS AN HR PROFESSIONAL AT SODASTREAM

• Execute the HR work plan and global HR processes.
• Support recruitment and advise Front Line management.
• Organize engaging Employee Experience events.
• Guide employees on long-term sick leave toward recovery, working closely with the occupational health service.
• Manage the onboarding and offboarding of temporary workers in production.
• Implement parts of the L&D plan, focusing on skill development, talent retention.
• Lead or support various HR projects.
• Administration for example keeping personnel records up to date and use the HR system efficiently.
  You’ll be a key point of contact for employees and managers, regularly present on the production floor, building strong relationships and staying in tune with what’s happening on the ground.
