As our HR Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our people function, acting as a trusted advisor to managers and colleagues on a wide range of HR and employee relations matters. You’ll take the lead on complex casework including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, and sickness absence, ensuring a fair, consistent, and legally sound approach.
Working closely with the People Business Partner, you’ll support strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, wellbeing, and organisational culture. You will also pay a key role in delivering manager training and contributing to people projects within the company along with a group perspective.
This is a hands-on role that offers broad exposure across the business — ideal for someone looking to build on a strong ER foundation while stepping into a more strategic and developmental space.
