About the role Recruitment-focused HR role managing hiring, onboarding, data and leader support while building strong relationships across the business. This is your opportunity to step into a hands-on, high-impact role supporting a global business in a growing and essential industry. We’re on the lookout for a driven HR Advisor to lead end-to-end recruitment whilst also supporting key HR processes that keep our business running smoothly. What you’ll be doing This is a recruitment-heavy role with real ownership and variety. You’ll partner closely with leaders across the business to attract, hire and onboard top talent. Key focus areas include: Leading end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles (with a strong focus on skilled trades) Managing onboarding and candidate experience from offer to day one throughout probation Supporting immigration and visa processes for temporary and permanent employees Maintaining accurate employee data and workflows in Workday Supporting leaders with performance processes (probation, annual reviews) Providing generalist HR support across employee lifecycle activities Contributing to HR reporting and projects as needed You’ll also stay connected with our Service Centres across Australia, building strong relationships and ensuring HR is visible, practical and value-adding.
