Responsibilities:
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, and working alongside a supportive and fun team, you will be responsible for providing advice, guidance and support across the employee life cycle for your dedicated client group in NSW. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing support and advice to managers dealing with ER and IR matters to mitigate risk.
- Act as the RTW Coordinator for NSW, and fulfil associated requirements.
- Coaching and advising team leaders in HR policies, procedures, and legislations including awards and enterprise agreements.
- Facilitate training sessions or “toolbox talks” to your client group.
- Supporting acquisitions and contributing to national projects around employee engagement, change management, succession planning, and learning & development programs.
- Managing performance review processes.
- Reporting and presenting feedback using metrics to support business case development.
- Travel to metro and regional sites may be required from time to time.
