About the Role
We’re seeking an HR Advisor to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in supporting our organization. The position is permanent full time based either at Melbourne or Sydney. Location is flexible to successful applicant.
Reporting to the HR Services Team Leader, you will be responsible for being the first point of contact for the HR Services Support desk and HR Queries for the organisation. In this role, you will provide guidance on policies and procedures, Workday functionality, award interpretation, and cross-departmental processes. Additionally, you will oversee end-to-end processes in Workday, ensuring the integrity of Workday data is maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise and coach on operational HR matters, including systems, processes, award interpretation, and TSA policies.
- Assess training needs, develop engaging training materials, and deliver regular sessions to improve TSA systems and user capabilities.
- Communicate Workday changes to TSA stakeholders, ensuring relevant step guides and processes are updated accordingly.
- Handle queries and complete Workday inbox tasks promptly, adhering to HR Service Desk standards.
- Collaborate with HR Services Team Leaders to integrate HR policies into Workday process flows and contribute to system enhancements and testing.
About You
Our ideal candidate will be a self-starter with go-getter attitude. You are a proactive and resourceful HR professional with a passion for delivering excellent service and supporting the smooth operation of HR processes.
Key capabilities include:
- A degree or qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in HR support / generalist role.
- Sound knowledge of Workday or other HRIS systems.
