Job Description Summary: We are looking for a HR Advisor with a background providing HR advice to join our team. You will be a part of the leadership team in the business and be engaged in strategic decisions. Reporting to the General Manager, you will provide support to line managers in all matters relating to HR, providing guidance and advice on all sort of people and culture related matters e.g. people management, change management, talent- and performance management, recruitment, on- and offboarding, employee satisfaction and engagement, and current employment legislation Job Description: You will be the main HR contact for Trapeze EU FX P&S with a dotted reporting line into the Group HR Director, who will provide you with guidance and support. This role will support a headcount of around 55 people in our different locations in Denmark, Norway, Finland, Netherlands and Germany. This role is based in Aarhus (Denmark). The full time role needs to cover all regions. Your responsibilities Support line managers in all matters relating to HR and personnel matters. Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures and legal requirements, with clear audit trails and maintain all personnel records in accordance with GDPR. Ensure management teams are appropriately updated on new employment legislation in our different countries. Help identify the workforce needs and competencies gap there might be and drive the recruitment process in collaboration with hiring manager(s): you are responsible for writing job descriptions, post job ads, screen candidates, invite for interviews, make assessments needed, participate in interviews, give feedback to candidates etc. Manage the onboarding process – send out contracts, support line managers with introduction programmes and ensure data entries in all systems (HR, deliver data for payroll etc.) and the offboarding process Maintain all benefit policies for the business in collaboration with Finance and ensure the personnel handbooks and documentation of the entities are up to date Ensure data is up to date and manage and maintain employee personnel files. Manage the talent management programme for your business Support the development of staff, manage the training plans, liaise with training providers for appropriate training courses Provide quarterly HR reports on recruitment, retention and key trends within the business Support with project work as determined by HR Director and BU Lead Complete regular employee pulse interviews, flagging key issues and acting on results Key skills and experience The ideal candidate has either a bachelor’s or master’s degree in the field of Human Management and previous experience from an HR specialist or HR Partner role, preferably with an international company. As a person you are empathic, trustworthy and can communicate on all levels of the organisation. You are aware of what our managers and employees need, and you want to create good solutions together with the organisation. Further, we see that you: Have essential knowledge of employment legislation and HR procedures and policies in the required regions. Have the ability to contribute to large projects with changing priorities. Have proven experience of corresponding and communicating with employees and management. Have proven experience at working within a constantly changing environment. Have excellent communication-, interpersonal-, and team building skills, comfortable interacting and motivating personnel at all levels of the organisation. Proficient in English and Danish (written and spoken) Willing to occasionally travel both domestically and internationally, e.g. to attend collaboration and team events.
