What You'll Be Doing:

  • Providing first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
  • Supporting employee relations processes including absence, probation, conduct and performance matters
  • Preparing documentation for investigations, hearings and HR meetings
  • Assisting Senior HR Advisers with complex employee relations cases
  • Maintaining HR records and management information
  • Producing reports and monitoring case activity
  • Supporting policy implementation and HR projects
  • Assisting with employee engagement initiatives

What We're Looking For;

  • Previous experience within HR administration, HR coordination, recruitment or an HR support role
  • A genuine interest in Employee Relations and Employment Law
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Confident IT skills including Microsoft Office
  • CIPD Level 3 or working towards CIPD qualification desirable
