FIFO Agitator Driver | Moranbah QLD
Heidelberg Materials are currently seeking a FIFO or local HR Agitator Driver to join our team in Moranbah Concrete Plant. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about safety, hold a strong work ethic and are results focused. Effective communication and a willingness to go the extra mile for our customers is essential.

Financials:

• For locals, you will receive rental assistance.
• For FIFO we will fly you in from Brisbane Airport.
• In addition to your wage, you will receive a living away from allowance, plus accommodation.
• 3 weeks on 1 week off roster.
• $34.18+ per hour, plus penalties.

About the role:

• Drive reliable and well-maintained equipment
• Deliver concrete to our customers
• Operate and maintain a concrete agitator truck
• Go through a 10-day training program.
• Most days will start at 7am-3pm and drivers can do up to and over 10 hours per day, and around 50 – 55 hours per week.
• You will be dealing with lots of different personalities every day, so you need to be comfortable interacting with people you haven’t met before.
• We provide you with cutting edge technology, to not only keep you safe whilst driving, but also to help you map your routes and keep track of your loads.

About you:

• Agitator experience preferred however, willing to train the right person
• Current White Card or ability to obtain if successful
• Have a professional work ethic with a customer service-oriented attitude
• A Mechanical aptitude and ability to solve problems
• Have a high regard for safety policies and procedures
• Hold a minimum HR licence.
