Job Description This role will accelerate the adoption of AI and automation within HR by focusing on data quality, workflow efficiency, and AI‑enabled employee/manager support. The role bridges HR process expertise and technical configuration, enabling HR to move faster without duplicating enterprise AI capabilities. The position sits within HR (cost center) and is seconded to the central AI team under a matrix setup, ensuring alignment with enterprise AI standards while remaining deeply embedded in HR priorities. Key Objectives Improve HR data quality and structure as a foundation for AI agents Enable workflow automation and Tier‑0/1 HR support through AI Reduce friction between HR, IT, and AI teams by translating business needs into implementable solutions Support the SBS HR transformation with automation and AI enablers Key Responsibilities HR Process & Data Enablement Analyze HR processes (e.g. job catalog, performance, employee lifecycle) and identify opportunities for automation and AI support Improve data consistency and structure in core HR systems (e.g. job titles, org structures, cost centers) to enable reliable AI usage Support HR teams in prioritizing “boring but critical” foundational improvements that unlock AI value AI & Automation Delivery Configure and prototype HR AI use cases using Copilot Studio and existing enterprise platforms Support the design of AI‑enabled Tier‑0/1 HR support (chatbots, guided workflows, knowledge access) Integrate HR workflows across Workday, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Teams, avoiding duplication of solutions Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to assess build vs buy options Collaboration & Governance Act as the interface between HR, AI/Architecture, and IT Ensure HR AI initiatives follow enterprise AI standards, ethics, and governance Contribute to AI adoption tracking and continuous improvement Share learnings and reusable components with the broader AI community Required Profile This is not: a Project Manager a Prompt Engineer a purely technical developer This is a hybrid role combining business understanding and hands‑on configuration.
