Overview:
Hexagon’s Autonomous Solutions Division is looking for an HR Analyst for a 12-month temporary contract with the possibility of extension or permanent placement. You will support our Human Resources team through ongoing efforts around HR data cleanup, standardization, and alignment across systems. This role will report to the Manager, HR Systems & Analytics and will focus on supporting data cleanup and infrastructure projects, developing reports and maintaining data integrity. In this role, you will provide critical support to the upcoming HRIS implementation by helping with data migration, testing, and user training.
The Location: Hexagon is a global company with offices around the world. This position is based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
Responsibilities:

As an HR Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assist with auditing and reviewing HR data to identify inconsistencies and data quality issues.
  • Support data cleanup projects by performing data validation, normalization, and updating records as directed.
  • Help maintain standardized data definitions and reference data (e.g., job codes, departments).
  • Help build and maintain HR reports and dashboards using Excel and reporting tools.
  • Perform routine data checks to ensure report accuracy and data integrity.
  • Support HR team by providing data extracts and answering ad hoc data queries.
  • Support the documentation and alignment of HR data models and hierarchies across HR systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data consistency and assist with system configuration updates.
  • Help maintain clear documentation of data standards and data flow processes.
  • Provide support during the HRIS implementation by assisting with data migration preparation and validation.
  • Participate in system testing activities, identifying data-related issues and communicating findings.
  • Assist with user training and development of data-related materials or guides.
  • Support adherence to data governance policies by helping monitor data quality and completeness.
  • Assist with documentation related to data standards and compliance requirements.
