POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, the HR Analyst is responsible for supporting data-driven decision-making through reporting and analytics, coordinating corporate survey completion, maintaining the document management system, and administering the attendance management program. This role serves as the super user for a variety of HR systems and is integral in ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and efficient HR operations.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the Human Resources department through data analysis, system maintenance, and process coordination. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and complete all HR-related surveys, including OHA benchmarking, collective bargaining disclosures, HHR workforce surveys, and Statistics Canada reporting.
  • Support HR leadership, Total Compensation, and Labour Relations partners with ad hoc survey and data requests.
  • Summarize and present survey results to HR leadership.
  • Lead the coordination and quarterly submission of the organization’s People Plan.
  • Maintain HR data trackers and dashboards related to key metrics such as turnover, vacancies, sick time, and overtime.
  • Prepare monthly turnover summary reports for Executive review.
  • Maintain reporting inventory and manage system data integrity within Meditech, including dictionaries, hierarchies, and templates.
  • Update intranet content, HR forms, and policy documents in Paradigm.
  • Prepare various scheduled and ad hoc reports, including uniform allowances, staff referrals, seniority lists, and legal information requests.
  • Track regulated employee licenses and maintain onboarding resources and procedural documentation.
  • Manage all aspects of attendance tracking and reporting, including participation in sick strategy meetings and coordination of quarterly counselling and ladder program letters.
  • Generate employee-specific attendance summaries and reports for leaders and HR Labour Partners.
  • Maintain attendance resource manuals and act as a key contact for inquiries related to the attendance management program.
  • Oversee policy review cycles and coordinate with content owners to update policies.
  • Edit, post, and track changes to HR policies using the DOCS system.
