YOUR OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an experienced HR Analyst to leverage data analytics to support strategic HR initiatives, improve workforce planning, and inform labor efficiencies. The HR Analyst will collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics, and apply this data to make recommendations related to recruitment, retention, diversity, and legal compliance. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, expertise with data management tools, and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate has a solid background in data analysis, knowledge of HR processes, and a passion for enhancing HR’s impact on business performance.
