Description
Key Responsibilities: • Collect, organize, and analyze HR data across systems (HRIS, ATS, performance management, etc.) • Design and maintain dashboards for key HR metrics — headcount, attrition, hiring efficiency, engagement, and compensation. • Generate monthly and quarterly HR reports for leadership and business partners. • Provide insights on workforce trends and predictive analytics to support strategic HR initiatives. • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Operations teams for analytics-driven decision-making. • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with privacy standards. • Support automation of HR reporting processes using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel. • Participate in HR projects involving AI tools, predictive hiring, and talent analytics. • Raise invoices and follow up with the client, Maintain invoicing and payment dashboards basis various parameters like montly, client wise, Director wise etc • Offer dash board, and recruitment reporting with excel and monthly revenue and offer dashboards ⸻ Key Metrics / KPIs: • Time-to-fill and cost-per-hire improvement • Attrition rate and retention trends • Employee engagement index tracking • Predictive hiring model accuracy • HR dashboard adoption rate across teams Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field. • 2–5 years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, or workforce planning. • Strong knowledge of Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau). • Understanding of HR metrics and business KPIs. • Experience with HRIS, ATS, or similar HR data systems. • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills. ⸻ Preferred Skills: • Experience with AI-based HR tools or predictive analytics platforms. • Exposure to R, Python, or advanced Excel modeling for HR data. • Certification in HR Analytics or Data Analytics.
